Come join us Veterans’ Day weekend to honor and thank all of those who have served in the United States Armed Forces, both living and deceased, for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to sacrifice for the common good. In CrossFit style we will be doing this by grinding through the Hero Wods. You can choose to do one, two, three or even more. You can go it alone or with a Partner.
